What is KABIN?
A universal guitar cabinet modeler plugin that lets you shape your guitar tone with unprecedented control.
Key Controls
SIZE Knob
- Adjusts speaker and cabinet size
- Range from battery-powered amp to 1×12 cabinet
- Smaller settings reduce both speaker and cabinet size
CHARACTER Knob
- Controls speaker character from Soft to Punch
- Soft setting: Smoother mid-range response (especially low-mids)
- Punch setting: Fuller mid-range response
- Affects both frequency and dynamic response
MIC Placement
- Modeled Tube Mic positioned in front of the cabinet
- Movable from left to right
- Default position is center
OUTPUT Knob
- Controls main output level
- Range from Inf to +12dB
Unique Features
- No oversampling
- Resizable interface (50% to 200%)
- Simple resize handle in bottom right corner
Resizing Tip
- Open plugin for the first time
- Resize GUI to your preference
- Save as default preset in your DAW
- New instances will load at your preferred size
