Wind Chimes simulates wind conditions that interact with a wind chime model.
It sends midi notes representing wind chime strikes. It also sends (optionally) control change messages representing the instantaneous system energy.
It doesn’t process audio or respond to midi input. It does however output midi notes representing chime strikes and optionally channel control messages representing wind force levels.
