CONVOLUTION STRING RESONANCE & PEDAL NOISES
sustain pedal activates the convolution processor which adds
soundboard-like resonance quality to the sustained digital piano samples,
and also extends sound decay time significantly.
User can enable/disable piano pedal sounds
and set their overall volume
