I don't think this VST is free currently. On the developer's website, it reads, "INVADER is currently unavailable, but it will return. Join the waitlist for updates & a chance to grab INVADER during our next Livestream on September 24th."
It sounds like this plugin is normally not free, but is being given away for free as a part of their live stream events. Given that there is not a download link 90% of the time, I wouldn't call this a free VST.
