ACID ATTACK END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Freeware License

Version: 1.0.2
Effective date: 28 September 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
("User") and Future Makers Sound ("Licensor") for the Acid Attack software,
including the VST3 plug-in, Standalone application, factory sounds, presets,
graphics, documentation, and any updates supplied by the Licensor
(collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read
and accepted this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the
Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Licensor grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable, royalty-free license to install and use the Software on computers
that you own or control, subject to this Agreement.

You may use the Software to create original music, sound design, performances,
recordings, videos, games, broadcasts, and other creative works for personal or
commercial purposes. Audio and MIDI generated with the Software may be used in
such works without additional royalties or attribution to the Licensor.

2. FACTORY SOUNDS AND GENERATED OUTPUT

You may use the included factory sounds as part of an original musical or
audio-visual production. You may process, layer, record, and combine them with
other material in your productions.

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, upload, or make available any
included sound, one-shot, preset, graphic, or other asset in isolated form, or
as part of a sample pack, sound library, preset pack, software instrument, or
competing product.

Generated MIDI patterns may be edited, exported, and used in personal or
commercial productions. The Licensor does not claim ownership of your original
musical works created with the Software.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Software;
- upload or distribute the installer, plug-in, Standalone application, or any
  modified version through an unofficial download source;
- share license credentials or falsely represent the Software as your own;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
- extract and redistribute the included factory sounds or visual assets;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where and
  only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity.

You may keep a reasonable number of backup copies for your own use. You may
share a link to the Licensor's official download page.

4. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor and its licensors retain all
rights, title, and interest in the Software, its source code, design, branding,
factory content, and documentation. This Agreement does not transfer ownership
of any intellectual property to you.

"Acid Attack" and "Future Makers Sound" and their associated logos and visual
identity may not be used to imply endorsement, affiliation, or ownership
without prior written permission.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software may include components supplied under separate third-party
licenses. Those components remain governed by their respective license terms.
Where required, applicable copyright and license notices are supplied with the
Software or its documentation.

6. UPDATES, AVAILABILITY, AND SUPPORT

The Licensor may provide, modify, or discontinue updates or support at its
discretion. Updates may be subject to this Agreement or to replacement terms
presented with the update. The Licensor does not guarantee compatibility with
every operating system, host application, hardware configuration, or future
software version.

7. PRIVACY

Acid Attack version 1.0.2 operates locally and does not require an account or
send project content, MIDI, audio, or telemetry to the Licensor. Third-party
websites used to download the Software may have their own privacy and logging
practices.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

You are responsible for backing up your projects and testing the Software in
your own production environment. Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties
or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROJECTS, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE
USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Licensor's total liability
shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Software, if any, except where
applicable law requires a different remedy or amount.

10. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your license terminates
automatically if you materially breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you
must stop using the Software and remove all copies in your possession or
control. Rights already granted for original musical works lawfully created
before termination are not revoked.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND MANDATORY RIGHTS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict
of law principles. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any
mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.

12. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain
in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement concerning the
Software and replaces earlier discussions or representations about its license.
