Armchair Guitarist is provided AS IS, WITHOUT WARANTEE OF ANY KIND. The author (Mike Norrish) asserts his rights as the creator and owner of the software- the end user is entitled solely to license, not own, the software.

If the author deems that the software is being misused or misappropriated in any way then he reserves the right to revoke the software license at any time.

The author accepts NO LIABILITY for damages caused through use of this software, to either the user or the user's hardware.
