Bonnie is a slot driven drum sampler with lightning speed drum-kits loading and fast one stage control, fitted for live usage, with better control, both mp3 and wav. format support, fast workflow and only 0.5 sec. loading times for new core kit.

The sampler: Bonnie uses 10 (.wav, mp3) file sample slots to build 10 drum components drum-kits. According to this approach, every slot can be anything, from kicks to snares or cymbals or you name it. Each slot is triggered by its own unique MIDI note which noted on its slot button. For instance, slot 48 is triggered by note number 48 in the MIDI keyboard (c2). The samples menu is divided into 14 categories, including a wide range of drum-kit components types. Bonnie comes with 30 full drum-kits to start with. It’s perfect for sketching or producing most common classic genres drum tracks like disco, R&B, soul, hip hop, rock, pop, reggae and many more with carefully crafted samples that sit great in the mix and a reasonable drum library size that won’t choke your hard drive.

You’ll find a new sample library manager, pitch control, magnitude control, EQ, saturation, phase control, delay, unique filter, drift effect and even an ability to morph the drum elements with other elements in the library.

Bonnie is also armed with 3 master effects (compressor, reverb, delay) with a unique effect called “F.R” which allows full scale frequency control over the wet signal. You can use the effect by sending a fx amount from the “master fx” slider on every channel.

The Morph System: Bonnie is armed with a morphing system which can blend any 2 drum elements together (which can create tons of new fresh drum sounds). The morph system can also play with the blended element’s pitch and increase the invention of new drum sounds like never before.

Special channel’s modulation effects: Each channel in Bonnie is armed with dedicated modulation effects which allow adding beautiful nuances and textures to each drum element separately. There is a yowling phaser effect, a delay and the new Zelda filter which can completely change the audio materials native character and morph it into a new interesting sound.

SoftDrum LTD is designed as a simple to use drum sampler plugin.

It can load standard wave  (.wav) files in both mono and stereo format up to 32bit at any sample rate above  44100hz. All sample are loaded into RAM which helps to make SoftDrum very fast  and CPU friendly. Allows for up to four samples to be loaded in each slot with user  selectable velocity switch points.

Six stereo outputs are provided for separate send  channels. Contains two groups for accurate emulation of hi hats and many other  percussion instruments where one sound needs to be canceled out by the last played  pad.

Polyphony is setup for sixteen voices per pad meaning that the only way a voice can  be cancelled out is from itself. 🙂 no more crash cutoff by a tom roll 🙂 Careful at full  poly SoftDrum can ask your system to play a total of 192 voices 12 (pads) x 16  (voices). CPU use has been optimized for very low consumption but at 192 voices  CPU use will be very high. For most drum tracks this should not be a problem? If it is  use freeze or render the track.

SoFtDrum SF is a drum sampler designed to use soundfonts as its sample source.

Offering the ability to have as many velocity split samples as required, multi sample drums can be packaged into a single file making loading of multi sample drums and maintaining a drum library very simple. Plus the fact that creating and editing a soundfont for drums is very easy using even freeware or donationware it takes just minutes to make a drum soundfont.

3 versions are included in the package: SoFtDrumUlt, SoFtDrumLt and SoFtDrum. The only difference between them is the way that polyphony works. Polyphony work a bit different in SoFtDrum compared to most drum plugins in that each pads polyphony works independent, meaning that the only way a pad can be cutoff because of reached polyphony is from itself. On the up side that means no crash will ever be cutoff by a tom roll 🙂 On the downside it means that the full sixteen voice version of SoFtDrum can ask your CPU to play 192 voices at full polyphony 🙁

Each type button (kicks, snares, claps, etc.) is directing to it’s own sample library folder which located at “C:UsersyournameDocumentsFananteamYumbuUSER”. Once you press on any type button, you get the list of the samples you can choose from. Each sample slot has also a room for 150 user’s imported samples which can be added manually to the “user” folder. Yumbu comes with 30 full drum-kits to start with.
Yumbu has a built-in mixer that allows you to tweak any sample separately. You can use the EQ, change the pitch, add a random pitch manipulation to every sample, pan and you can use our pitch based round robin effect which has a wide control ability on the final sound.
The mixer is also armed with 3 master effects (compressor, reverb, delay) with a brand new unique effect called “F.R” which allows full scale frequency control over the wet signal.
