On the developer’s website, it reads, “INVADER is currently unavailable, but it will return. Join the waitlist for updates & a chance to grab INVADER during our next Livestream on September 24th.”

It sounds like this plugin is normally not free, but is being given away for free as a part of their live stream events. Given that there is not a download link 90% of the time, I wouldn’t call this a free VST.

Since you claim to distribute clean VSTs, then tell us the source of this ‘free’ pack, because there is absolutely no trace of this mysterious developer across the entire web. Furthermore, several members of a well-known website reported the presence of a demo noise (in addition to the ‘demo’ mode being displayed). These two factors suggest that these are poorly cracked original plugins from Waves, Sonnox, etc., whose GUI was simply redesigned to look like an independent development
